is full of unique scenery and home to Zion
and Bryce
Canyon National Parks. Utah is known as the "Crossroads
of the West," and has become a center for business
and culture. Utah has professional basketball,
hockey,
and baseball teams, and great college sports as well.
Salt Lake City, capital of Utah and near Provo, was
selected to host the 2002 Winter Olympics. Several Olympic
competitions were held in Provo.
